We drove out Highway 128 from Moab, Utah looking for a place to photograph the sunset. It was late afternoon and we still had some time so we made a few stops along the way. this was photographed along the shore of the Colorado River about 20 miles out of town.

:rofl: We don't get out there often [probably 1300 miles or so]... so we get out the tripods and shoot 'til the camera overheats!!!

Yes, it's probably about 5 miles from where this shot was taken!!! We found that place the night before on our way into Moab... unfortunately we only got the tail-end of the sunset!!! :nod:

Thanks... this was our first time out there in winter. Utah is amazing... we drove up to Park City from Moab for the Sundance Festival and we oooohed and aaaaahed all the way!!! :nod:
