Black Capped Chickadees have a little encounter concerning "pecking order" near one of our "feeding stations". Although it is autumn most of the trees in the woods are pines so our view is normally green except in winter.

 While shooting you see it all at regular speed and only hope for something worthwhile... but then when you get to see the characteristics of the birds that you've photographed... you fall in love!
