As the Day Slipped Away by papatheo As the Day Slipped Away by papatheo
We had been driving around looking for new places for shoots when we noticed the clouds building... so we headed [once again] to Harmony Grove. We had tried this spot once in early spring and *ariseandrejoice suggested we try it again; we both thought we'd stop there for a few minutes then head down to the causeway where we often shoot sunsets... but we couldn't tear ourselves away until after dark.

Photographed in RAW... minimal processing.

No wonder. Pretty. Nice job on controlling the noise although it did soften the focus but that's the price you pay.

You might try a few runs at low level unsharp masking after you de-noise it.

:D Thanks... I often have to upload a third or fourth image before I have one sharp enough when seen on dA... although on my computer it looks WAY over sharpened!!!

Welcome. Are you using a PC or Mac? I've never had that problem with either PC I've had.

Sounds like a processor or card problem then. I hope by new tower you mean a whole new computer. ;)
