No wonder C.S. Lewis picked one of these guys for his stories.

Out of curiosity, is there something you need to do to eliminate the appearance of the glass when you take photos, or does it just not tend to show up?

I try to find the cleanest section of glass, hold my camera as close as possible... trying to minimize reflections by checking my viewing angle to see if a different one is better and by using a scarf or hat to block them, doing a little clean up on the glass with a kleenex. :devsooperdeviant: uses a collapsible folding black screen that eliminates the glare... I think as a kit it costs about $100 and includes a lightweight tripod.
